Join us for a feel-good morning on on Sunday 21st September at AIDA Shoreditch, a beautiful lifestyle store in the heart of East London — known for its stylish apparel, modern housewares and cosy café. 💚

We’ll start with a sculpting & spicy mat Pilates class by Tyra Bleau, founder of BODY by Bleau. Expect a dynamic and spicy workout that will fire up the entire body, designed to make you feel confident and empowered both on and off the mat.

After class, we’ll dive into a creative mug-painting workshop, where you’ll design your own mug to take home. All while enjoying fresh bagels & drinks and connecting with a like-minded community in London. ☕🥯
