Looking for a weekend that leaves you feeling strong, recharged and connected, all at the same time? 🌿

If so, we'd love for you to join us for Sculpt, Restore & Connect in collaboration with Fushi on Saturday 22nd August at 13:00 at Sacred Tones in Parsons Green.

An afternoon of movement, restoration and connection, inspired by the principles of Ayurveda.

Fushi is an award-winning, family-run wellness brand dedicated to creating pure, ethically sourced supplements, oils and herbal remedies inspired by authentic Ayurvedic traditions. Together, we've created an experience designed to help you nourish your body, slow down and reconnect with yourself.

We'll kick things off with a 45-minute Holistic Mat Sculpt class by Dani Luna, combining mindful movement and strength to leave you feeling stronger and more energised. Next, slow things down with a 50-minute Soulful Sound & Gong Bath, where the soothing sounds of crystal bowls and the Earth gong will help you unwind, reset and restore.

We'll then gather for our signature Move & Meet social over açaí bowls, herbal tea and a Fushi Aloe Vera Juice, the perfect opportunity to meet like-minded people and discover simple Ayurvedic wellness rituals.
