We’re so excited to introduce the Reformer & Brunch Social with SLATE Body on Saturday 18th April at 09.00am, a feel-good morning designed to energise your body, reset your mind and bring people together through movement and social brunch.

SLATE Body is a modern body-care brand built around different moods and moments of the day, from energising to unwinding to getting party-ready. Their products are all about helping you feel good in your body and your mind, and this event is inspired by exactly that.

We’ll begin the morning at the beautiful RFRM Pilates Studio in Covent Garden with a 50-minute Spicy Reformer Pilates class designed to strengthen, challenge and leave you feeling incredible. Afterwards, we’ll head to Milk Beach for a delicious brunch social.
