Glowing Rooftop Reset - Move & Meet X Project E Beauty! ✨

Join us on Sunday 28th June at 9:15AM for a special rooftop wellness experience at The Nest Rooftop, in collaboration with Project E Beauty.

High above the city, we'll begin with a feel-good Mat Pilates Sculpt class designed to fire up your muscles and feel amazing, before slowing things down with a deeply restorative Red Light Therapy Sound Bath led by Katie Wolf.

During the sound bath, guests will wear Project E Beauty's LED Face Masks, combining the benefits of meditation, sound healing and red light therapy for the ultimate mind and body reset.
