We’re buzzing to announce one of our new partnered fitness studios — F45 Old Street, the official HYROX training partner! 🎉

Known for its 45-minute HIIT & Strength sessions, F45 has a lot in common with HYROX, making this the perfect spot to take your training to the next level. Join us for a full body strength session with added spice in form of Ski-Ergs and other surprises on the day. Expect a fun, positive and non-intimidating environment that will leave you feeling stronger! All fitness levels welcome. 💥
