Join us on Saturday, 10th May at 13.00 for a unique mind-body experience that will leave you feeling sculpted, glowing and completely restored!

We’re kicking off with a sculpting high-energy mat Pilates led by Tyra Bleau, founder of BODY by Bleau. Expect a dynamic and spicy workout that will fire up the entire body, designed to make you feel confident and empowered both on and off the mat.

After the sweat, it’s time to refuel with delicious açaí bowls and matcha drinks from Brothers of Açaí and OATIS, while meeting and connecting with like-minded people from the Move & Meet community!

But we’re not stopping there! The second part of this experience is an interactive Glow & Sculpt - Lymphatic Facial Massage class led by Carli, designed to lift, define and restore your natural glow.

Through interactive techniques, you'll learn how to:
- Sculpt & lift your facial structure naturally
- Drain & depuff to boost circulation and reduce stagnation
- Release tension in the neck and jaw for better posture and relaxation
- Enhance sleep & mental clarity through deep facial relaxation
