Join us on Saturday 25th October at 14:00 at the brand-new Restart Studio in London for a special wellness afternoon! 

We’ll begin with an energising Reformer Pilates class, designed to lengthen, tone and sculpt your body. After class, enjoy time to connect and socialise over delicious, nourishing treats before we slow things down with a LED Red Light Therapy Sound Bath experience with Cat.
